We are currently seeking a seasonal office assistant to work under the direction of our Office Manager through the busy tax season. Computer proficiency, accuracy, and confidentiality are a must with this position. Office Assistant – Entry Level 

Seasonal Position (January 8th – April 15th) 34-36 hours/week

Overview:

As an Office Assistant for Droter Acctg & Tax, your main directive will be to assist the Office Manager in the following ways:

 

-Document management – receive, scan, save, file, return to client (50%)

-Maintaining appointment schedule and sending client reminders (15%)

-Greeting clients and answering phones with a smile (10%)

-Directing questions, emails, and voicemails to appropriate staff (10%)

-Collecting signatures and payments as directed (8%)

-Maintaining clean and tidy common areas (7%)

 

This is an in-person office support position. This is NOT a remote position.

Work Schedule and Compensation:

 

Mon - Thu: 8am - 4pm 

Friday :  8am – 12pm

$16.50/hr - $18.50/hr DOE
